Real Madrid is in negotiations to sign this Eredivisie midfielder next summer

Real Madrid are in talks to sign Ajax midfielder Ryan Gravenberch next summer, according to renowned journalist Rudy Galetti.

Los Blancos are said to have held constructive conversations with the Dutch midfielder’s agent, Mino Raiola, ahead of a possible transfer worth roughly €35m-40m (bonus included) at the end of the season.

The Impressive Form Of Gravenberch At The Johan Cruijff Arena

After a succession of strong displays for Ajax in the centre of the park, the 19-year-old is having a good season for them. On all fronts, Gravenberch has one goal and three assists in 25 games for the Dutch team this season.

In the Dutch Eredivisie, the Amsterdam-born prodigy has established himself as a crucial contributor in Erik ten Hag’s midfield, averaging 1.7 tackles, 0.7 interceptions, 0.7 clearances, 1.7 shoots, 1.1 critical passes, and 2.4 dribbles per 90 minutes. Even while delivering the ball from midfield, he has taken care of possession, as indicated by his 86.2 percent pass completion percentage in league games.

Is Gravenberch Real Madrid’s Best Option?

Gravenberch is a good ball tackler who can spot danger immediately and reclaim possession for his team. When given time and space by the opposition, he doesn’t hesitate to take a shot at goal. The Dutch sensation has even had the foresight to write some decent plays for those in his immediate vicinity. He’s also capable of making some shrewd runs towards the opponent’s penalty area.

If Carlo Ancelotti can find a way to get Gravenberch to the Spanish capital at the end of the season, he will be a fantastic signing for Los Blancos. His current Ajax contract will expire in the summer of 2023.
