According to Rudy Galetti, an Italian football journalist, Spain great Ramos has granted his OK for a move to Al Ittihad.
The team is now thought to be drafting a deal for the 37-year-old, who is a free agent after leaving PSG at the end of last season.
Al Ittihad will play their first match of Saudi Pro League on Monday 14 August against Al Raed.
